Scooters Chicken's Founder
The founder, Brandon J. Hidalgo, has over 20 years experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry and has invented and developed food products for international fast food chains. He currently owns and operates 3 successful companies.
Brandon’s personal passion and commitment, to develop Scooters Chicken into a household name, came when he was a young adult. 
He has always had a burning desire to create a successful food concept. Brandon has worked on numerous projects, and has invented and obtained patents for several products including several that were brought to market.
Brandon has assumed the daily responsibilities and the management for Scooters Chicken concept development, and personally tastes each new menu item in the test kitchen. He is thrilled and delighted to dedicate his time and energy to see a childhood dream come true.
It is not uncommon to see Brandon in the kitchen trying out a new recipe, training his team and talking with customers.
